    Value Conformityt Assessment It is a step to confirm how suitable ONEGENE is for the talent that is pursued, which is an executive interview. In this evaluation, questions and answers about the applicant's values and occupations are answered and evaluated in a comprehensive way including challenging spirit, creativity, organizational adaptability and ethics.
