Ethical/Human rights management

The Clean Reporting Center is a place to report the following:

  • 1. Grievances within ONEGENE Group (unfair work processing, unfair demands, facts of corruption, employee health and safety accidents, risks and concerns, etc.)
  • 2. Human rights issues within ONEGENE Group (workplace bullying, etc.)
  • 3. Stakeholders outside ONEGENE Group (contractors, suppliers, local community)
  • 4. Internal reporting of various information security issues and accidents
  • 5. Complaints from security company employees
Processing date:
  • · After receiving the complaint report,
    the reporter will be notified of the fact of receipt (within 5 days from the date of receipt)
  • · Processing period (within 10 days from the date of receipt, but if it exceeds 10 days,
    the reporter will be notified in advance)

Confidentiality of reporter’s identity and prohibition of disadvantages

  • All actions to identify the reporter, including requests to confirm the reporter's identity or investigative activities to identify the reporter, are prohibited.
  • All executives and employees are prohibited from disclosing the identity of the reporter even if they become aware of it in the course of their duties or accidentally.
  • Disclosure of the identities of reporters and investigation collaborators without their consent is prohibited.
  • Disadvantages in personnel matters against the reporter are prohibited, and violations may be punished.
  • Executives, employees and associates who violate their identity protection obligations may be punished.

In case of exception to reporting

  • Slander that is not based on facts
  • Matters related to personal privacy
  • Payment and unpaid wages that have no contractual relationship with ONEGENE Group, etc.
